Clause 10 explains 2 types of employment - full-time or casual. Full-time – an employee engaged to perform long distance operations for an average of 38 ordinary hours per week over a four week period (underlining added). Casual – an employee engaged as such and paid by the hour/trip. A casual employee receives loadings to compensate them for other conditions which full-time employees receive.
